as a Senior Credit Risk Manager in our Head Office

As a Senior Credit Risk Manager reporting to the Director, Commercial Credit, your primary responsibility is to manage and mitigate the risk to Kindred arising from its portfolio of highest risk accounts. There is a strong focus on Commercial and Agricultural members experiencing financial difficulty.  This is a particularly unique opportunity to learn and be mentored by an industry expert, with vast knowledge and experience of managing bad and doubtful debt.

As an integral member of head office Lending Services, your practical insights and judgment will help Kindred grow its business while maintaining an acceptable level of risk across Kindred’s loan portfolio. Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:

> University/College graduate in a business related field

> 8 years’ experience as senior lender managing large credits in terms of size and complexity

> Experience dealing with high risk watch accounts

> Proven quality of credit analysis including completion of credits, accuracy and sound judgement
