Systems Analyst, Enterprise Productivity Tools

We have an exciting opportunity for an expert who is familiar with Microsoft Office 365 infrastructure and services. If you have advanced experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including licensing and cloud technology, and you have experience with enterprise productivity tools, this may be the position for you.

The Job
Reporting to the Manager, Architecture and Operations, you will be accountable for the design and enhancement of enterprise messaging, collaboration and content services. You will research, analyze, recommend, and co-ordinate the implementation of new technology enhancements. You will also be accountable for network design and operation, the Microsoft Office 365 platform, information storage, web infrastructure and the telephony environment. You will be the primary liaison for day-to-day operational interactions with technology vendors, including ensuring the service desk has adequate information to provide end client support. Monitoring and managing software licensing and compliance, and documenting standards and design practices will also be your responsibility.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science and 3 years’ experience, or a diploma in Computer Information Systems and 5 years’ experience. In the absence of a diploma or degree, candidates with 7 years of suitable technical experience will be considered. An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft licensing, Microsoft cloud technology, IP telephony environments and messaging technologies is required. Proficiency in PowerShell, Windows Server, Azure Active Directory and Lotus Notes would be beneficial. Project management experience would be an asset. You will have advanced documentation, research, analytical, vendor management and technical administration skills. You are flexible and work well as part of a team of technology specialists.
