We are looking for a detail oriented full time Business Solutions Administrator to help the organization in a variety of lending support activities. The role needs someone who is a team player, solutions focused and service orientated. Position Overview

The Business Solutions Administrator provides day to day administrative support to our branch sales teams, with lending support being the primary focus. Under direction, updates and maintains lending policy and procedure documentation. Involved in a variety of organizational projects and initiatives, such as the implementation of new lending products, lending system improvements or enhancements, and the testing of banking system releases.

This role provides branch support in the following areas:

· ACU lending product and procedure information

· Banking system

· Lending Origination System

· Ancillary lending related systems such as Atsource, CUMIS, and DNA Documents

Experience & Education

· Minimum one year experience in a financial institution branch environment is preferable

· Combined experience and post-secondary education in the areas directly related to financial services will be considered
