Location:

We are looking for a highly motivated business graduate who is interested in pursuing a future in Commercial Banking. We have a full-time position available in our Winnipeg, Manitoba office.

The Position: 

The Commercial Banking Associate is a trainee position that reports to the Manager Commercial Banking. In this role you will be assigned a mentor who will guide you through specific training phases on the Bank’s Commercial products, policies, procedures and processes. You will become familiar with assessment, administration and marketing of credit and cash management services. Your training will prepare and lead you into a long term, rewarding and challenging career in Commercial Banking.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in business with a focus in finance

  • Strong analytical and administrative skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Flexible and willing to take on tasks as assigned and adjust to changing work priorities

  • Ability to deal with confidential information

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment

  • Career focused with a desire to learn, grow and succeed
