The Manager of Member Contact Centre oversees the day to day operations of the Member Contact Centre, leading a large team responsible for providing inbound and outbound call services to our membership.  They are the voice you hear when you call Synergy Credit Union.  They are integral in assisting the completion of transactions, connecting our members with our Synergy experts, as well as suggesting product solutions to determine the best banking related need to better serve our members.

You are an energetic team leader!  You provide exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, to your team, the organization, and our membership.  Your excellent customer service skills combined with your ability to build relationships makes you an effective leader who inspires your team in achieving results.  Collaboration is key in this role as you focus on building strong networks within your contacts. 

You are innovative and can adapt to new technology.  Your innovative leadership will help lead a team of skilled trouble shooters and problem solvers. You are the subject matter expert in improving and updating processes and procedures, and sharing with team members.  You are the go-to for anything technology within the Member Contact Centre.  Your ability to adapt and learn is important.  You can critically think in various situations to assess the best experience for our membership.

Qualifications: Preference is given to candidates with 1 -2 years of post secondary education, plus 4 – 6 years of job related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.  Banking industry experience, along with Member Contact Centre experience is preferred.  Strong skills in MS Office are required, along with a strong technology savviness. 

Location: Lloydminster, SK

Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Pay Range: $71 000 to $89 000 per annum

Contact Centre hours of operation:  Monday to Friday 8:00am – 7:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am – 4:00pm
