We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, experienced, member-focused Financial Consultant II for our Emerald Park Branch.  Being a Financial Consultant means that you will build full-service financial relationships with our members, which includes deposit, investment and consumer/commercial mortgages and lending services with referrals to other departments including agricultural and to our wealth management partners. A key focus for this position is proactive growth; we are looking for someone with a natural ability to network, grow and take advantage of the exciting business opportunities in Emerald Park, White City and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

The successful applicant will have a commitment to life long learning plus:

  • Grade 12 diploma plus 2- 4 years post-secondary education
  • 3-5 years consumer/residential lending experience
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Proven networking and relationship building ability
  • Not only the ability to grow a book of business, but grow profitable, life-long, delighted members.
  • Above average communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Compensation:
