Your Role

Reporting to the Manager Operational Excellence and Credit and a member of the management team you will be responsible for all aspects of managing and growing a branch with assets currently exceeding $159 million. The successful candidate will be a natural leader with a demonstrated ability to develop staff, business, and community relationships, and will have experience in retail and commercial lending, along with an understanding of financial planning services and investment products.

What You Bring to the Team

As the successful candidate you will have demonstrated expertise in team leadership, people development, coaching, credit adjudication, and branch operations.

You bring 5 years of related experience, with two to three years in a supervisory position, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
