Do you have a passion for helping people and a reputation for going above and beyond?  We are looking for a detail oriented, full time Risk & Compliance Administrator to help with the investigation and mitigation of risk exposure in the areas of corporate security and compliance. The role needs an individual who is a team player, solutions focused, and service orientated. Position Overview

The Risk & Compliance Administrator role delivers exceptionally high-quality service and support, with a focus on assisting in the mitigation of risk exposure relating to fraud and regulatory non-compliance.  Under direction, updates and maintains policy and procedure documentation. Accuracy and efficiency is paramount to success with the primary responsibilities of:

Fraud Investigation

· Monitoring and investigating losses due to fraud, forgery and theft

· Investigating and posting fraud alerts

· Liaise with law enforcement 

Regulatory Compliance

· Prescribed regulatory transaction reporting

· Maintaining documentation related to regulatory compliance requirements

· Monitoring areas of regulatory compliance

Audit Compliance

· Conducting reviews to ensure compliance with policy and procedures

· Providing support to branch teams with regards to ACU policy and procedures

· Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing work and providing information

Experience & Education

· Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative and/or compliance role, preferably within the financial services industry

· Combined experience and post-secondary education in areas directly related to financial services will be considered

· Experience and/or training in regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering legislation, as well as dealing with law enforcement would be beneficial
